1) Download the installer above
2) Go to your Downloads
3) Click on the Remotely_Desktop.exe
4) Click on More info
5) Click Run anyway
6) Click Yes
7) Click OK when it fails
8) Click the Gear icon and Change Server
9) Add an s after http and click OK
10) Now you have a Session ID to give to the tech
