On-site Assistance, Repair, Troubleshooting, or Installation

$75 for the first hour

$50/hr per additional hour

On-site visits will be a minimum of $75 ($25 convenience fee and $50 hour of service/diagnostic). Anything over an hour will be an additional $50 an hour. There are no partial hours, you will be charged for the full hour.

Generally most repairs/upgrades/builds will take 5-7 business days.

There will be a $25 fee for all technology pickups. (This one fee includes pickup and delivery)

The flat rate diagnostics price ($45) will go towards to your computer repair if you choose to go through with a repair.

When your equipment is delivered, it will be installed. We will verify functionality with you. Please have the installation location clean and clear for easy installation of your equipment. A $50 service fee will be applied if the work area is neglected and requires the tech to stay longer than 30 minutes or if you require additional assistance.
